The senior room are studying the novel 'The Weather Girls' by acclaimed author Sarah Webb, with Mr Kilker who is on teaching placement in our senior classroom. The novel is inspired by true events from World War 2 and is set Locally in Blacksod, where the famous Blacksod D-Day weather report was issued by Maureen Sweeney. In art class we constructed lighthouses to coincide with our Novel reading.
